JJ Mumbles
One of the crew’s beatmakers, the diversity of influences on Mumbles’ production can only be truly appreciated by listening to the music of Mortal Methods and his other musical projects; however, he cites the work of Lee Perry, Lewis Parker, DJ Premier, Public Enemy (2nd tape), Dead Prez and Arrested Development (1st tape), DJ Muggs, Massive Attack, a number of Blue Note artists, Wu-Tang, Dennis Brown, Gregory Isaacs and Barrington Levy (best live show) as some of his immediate inspirations.
